We offer lessons from beginner to advanced levels. We have a variety of school horses available to suit the skill of the rider. Flat and jumping lessons are both an hour long.
Lessons MUST be scheduled in advance and a 24-hour Cancellation notice is required for all lessons. Our lesson program provides a safe environment for kids and adults to learn how to ride, groom, tack, bathe, and generally take care of a horse in a fun atmosphere. Horseback Riding teaches responsibility, dedication, perseverance, and teamwork. We recommend that riders take lessons weekly unless they are preparing for a show in which case we recommend 2 lessons per week.
Riders are encouraged to come 30 minutes prior to their lesson time so that they may learn proper grooming and tacking skills. Riders should also allow 30 minutes after their lesson for cooling the horse out and grooming after the ride.
